With more than a decade of experience, Kara Verby helps individuals and families protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate the probate process with confidence. Known for her thorough preparation and compassionate approach, Ms. Verby works closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that reflect their goals and values.

Ms. Verby earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in estate planning, elder law, and advanced legal research. She also attended Gonzaga University School of Law during her legal studies. Before law school, she earned her B.A. from the University of Oregon, graduating cum laude, receiving Dean’s List honors, and earning an academic scholarship. She also studied abroad at L’Université Catholique de l’Ouest in France.

Ms. Verby’s career began in the beautiful Cherry Creek area of Denver, Colorado, where she gained practical experience in estate planning and probate law.  She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Federal Bar Association, reflecting her commitment to both elder law and the broader legal community.
